Return and Refunds Policy

In general

As a humble one-person workshop, I can with certainty say that utmost care is put into the creation and shipment of your order. So should there be any concern regarding your order or grievances to air, I’ll put my best employee on it to find the best course of action. Note that by default, I don’t offer returns or exchanges, but rules are best confirmed by exceptions. Should you feel that your situation requires thinking outside the shipment box, please reach out at inquiries@bycapimara.com, so that we might come to a solution together. 

Damages and other pesky things

If your package goes astray or suffers damage on its journey, contact both me and your local delivery service post-haste! Do keep in mind, I can’t offer compensation or re-ship items at no cost if an incorrect address has been provided at checkout or if the parcel reaches the correct address only to be stolen or damaged thereafter - alas, even my magic has limits…

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Do note that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or commissioned items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
